How long does a demo last?
30 to 45 minutes. We start with 10 minutes to understand your context (number of entities, banks, current tool, what you're looking to solve), then move into a demo focused on your use cases.
Who runs the demo?
An Okimia Account Executive. They know the product, corporate finance, and multi-entity SME contexts. If you have specific technical questions, they'll bring in the relevant team.
Can I try Okimia before buying?
Yes. Depending on your context, either a 7-day free trial (bank connection in 5 minutes, you see your first data straight away), or an accompanied POC if you have a multi-entity setup to validate.
Which banks and ERPs does Okimia connect to?
All major French banks via Open Banking (real-time synchronisation) or EBICS if you already have it set up. On the ERP/accounting/management tools side: Pennylane, Sage, Cegid... The full list of our integrations is available here. Okimia integrates with most via API, or via FTP.
Is my banking data secure?
Okimia is registered with ORIAS (COBSP + CIF, no. 21007924), subject to AML/CFT obligations, GDPR-compliant, and uses leading banking aggregators. Flows pass through certified protocols (DSP2 for Open Banking, or EBICS TS).
