I already have bank cards with my bank. Why create cards in Okimia?
Transactions made with your current bank cards only appear in your accounts two to three days after the transaction, or work on deferred debit: expenses are grouped and charged once a month, with no real-time detail. As a result, your cash flow forecast always runs on incomplete data. With Okimia corporate cards, every transaction is visible in your treasury the moment it happens, automatically categorised, with no manual re-entry.
Are Okimia cards included in my subscription?
Cards are available from the Starter plan. They are subject to additional pricing, on a quote basis. Your account manager can detail the terms based on your usage.
How long does it take to equip my teams?
Virtual cards are active immediately after creation — your team members can use them online as soon as they are assigned. Physical cards are shipped within a few days. In both cases, assignment and limit configuration are done directly from Okimia, without depending on your bank.
What happens if a card is lost or compromised?
You can freeze or cancel a card in a few clicks from Okimia, at any time — without calling your bank. Each sensitive operation requires mobile validation and strong authentication. The full transaction history remains accessible after cancellation.
Do my team members have access to all treasury data?
No. Access rights are separate by role. A team member with an Okimia card only sees their own transactions — not the company's treasury data. Only administrators have access to the consolidated view.
