Have more questions?
Don't hesitate to contact our teams.
I already have an account with one of your partners — how do I link it to Okimia?
From your Okimia account, go to Settings > Integrations, select the relevant tool, and follow the connection procedure. For most integrations, linking takes just a few clicks using your existing credentials. If you have any questions about the data scope or the right configuration for your setup, our support team is available from 8am to 8pm.
The tools I use aren't on the list — what should I do?
Contact us. There are several possibilities: the integration exists but isn't publicly listed yet, it's on our roadmap, or we can explore it based on your use case. For specific business tools or ERPs, we also offer guided Excel imports and custom connectors as part of our onboarding support.
Can Okimia be used without any integration?
Yes. Okimia works from the first bank connection, which is the only prerequisite. Accounting, ERP, or business tool integrations enrich your forecasts and automate tasks, but they're not required to get started. Many of our customers begin with just their banks connected and add other tools as they go.
How does the synchronisation between Okimia and my tools work?
Synchronisation is automatic and regular. Banking data is pulled continuously via Open Banking or EBICS depending on your configuration. Accounting data (entries, invoices, due dates) syncs several times a day. The direction of sync depends on each integration: most are read-only from your tools into Okimia, while some allow entries to be pushed back, particularly for payments.
Does Okimia replace my accounting software?
No. Okimia is a cash management tool, not an accounting production tool. It connects to your accounting software (Pennylane, Sage, Cegid, and others) to retrieve the data needed for forecasting and tracking: customer and supplier due dates, entries, categorisation. Your accountant continues to work in their usual tool; you manage in Okimia.
Does Okimia replace my customer invoicing tool?
No. Okimia does not issue customer invoices. Invoices continue to be created in your invoicing or sales management tool. Okimia retrieves due dates and payment status to integrate them into your forecast and DSO tracking.
Does Okimia replace my supplier invoice management tool?
Not in its current scope. Okimia retrieves supplier invoices from your accounting or management tool to integrate them into the forecast and enable payment via the bank transfer features. Capturing, validating, and archiving invoices remain in your existing tools.
Are integrations available on all Okimia plans?
Banking integrations are included from the base plan. Accounting and ERP integrations are available depending on the plan, with some requiring an assisted setup. Details are on our pricing page, and our teams can assess your specific needs during a demo.
