Who pays for the Okimia service — the firm or the client?
Both models are possible. The most common: your client subscribes directly and pays their own subscription. You keep your prescriber role without handling the billing. If you prefer to integrate Okimia into a consulting or management engagement that you invoice yourself, that's also possible. Contact us to set up the model that suits your firm.
How does onboarding a new client work?
The bank connection takes a few minutes. Categorising flows and setting up the forecast typically takes 1 to 2 hours of guided setup. Our team handles client onboarding at no charge. You can attend the session or hand it over to us — depending on how involved you want to be in the engagement.
Are my data and my clients' data protected?
Okimia is a French company, GDPR-compliant, registered with ORIAS (number 21007924) as COBSP and CIF. Bank connections go through regulated, recognised aggregators. Data is hosted in Europe.
